Customization Process
Clients must provide customization requirements (design, size, gemstone specifications, etc.) along with reference images.
Our team will confirm feasibility and provide a quotation and production timeline. Standard production time: 7-15 business days (may extend for complex designs).
Upon design approval, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
Once the deposit is paid, production begins. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels mid-process.
The finished product will be sent to the client for final confirmation before shipping.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 6 hours of completion notification.
Shipping will be arranged immediately after full payment, with tracking details provided.
