What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every order comes in our signature gift box, ready to gift.

Materials & Craftsmanship

What materials do you use?
We use solid 18K gold (yellow, rose, or white) and curated stones. Each product page lists the exact materials for that piece.
Is your jewelry solid gold or gold-plated?
Our 18K gold pieces are made with solid 18K gold (not plated). If any item is plated or vermeil, it will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Select diamond pieces may include certification or verification documents depending on design and stone size. Check the product page or contact us for details.
Will white gold turn yellow over time?
White gold is often rhodium-plated for extra brightness. With wear, the plating may fade and can be re-plated to restore its original finish.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide or measure a ring you already own. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if I order the wrong size?
Eligible items may be resized or exchanged depending on the design. Contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you.
Do bracelets and chains have standard lengths?
Yes. We list exact lengths on each product page. If you need a custom length, message us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries/regions. Available shipping options and estimates appear at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or customized pieces may take longer. Delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Do I have to pay duties/taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible items within [7] days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items may be final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately, avoid chemicals (perfume, chlorine, lotions), and remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or heavy workouts. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
